9 Days and Counting!!

A couple years ago I was able to go to a Rings-Things.com Bead Show in Minneapolis, MN. Then things got, you know, BUSY. I got "unexpectedly" pregnant at the age of 38. My little girl joined the rest of us including her brother who is 9 years older than her, and her half sisters who are 19 & 21 years older than her.

So in that time, I have always missed the shows appearance in Minneapolis. So this time, I've been counting down for approximately 70 days. Ask Dave, the Rings-Things Twitter Rep. I've been reminding him about the upcoming show for a long time. ;-)

Not only have I been reminding the Rep about the show but I've made sure to continue reminding my hubby that he will have the kids that day. This isn't a problem for him, I just need to keep reminding him.

Now I know what an explosion is - and normally I know what an implosion is, but when connected to doing lampwork beads, the thought of either one is a little scary.

Now I know that any lampworker could come on here and say that it isn't dangerous, and I'm sure it isn't, but it still sounds dangerous.
